How do I order?
Add products to your quote list (or pick the kit for your menu), then tap Get a quote on WhatsApp. Your list goes to us as one message, and we reply with prices for your quantities and delivery details.
Are the prices on the site final?
They are list prices per piece, before GST and delivery. Bigger orders pay less: every 200 pieces of the same item takes 10 paise off per piece, up to 20% off, and a menu kit costs 5% less than the same items bought separately. Your quote shows the exact figure for your quantities.
What is the minimum order?
It depends on the item. Each product shows its usual carton size; for many items we can supply smaller packs. Tell us what you need and the quote will show the smallest quantity available.
Where do you deliver?
Across Mumbai, Thane and Navi Mumbai. For other cities, message us with your items and quantities and we'll tell you what we can do for bulk orders.
Can I get my logo printed?
Yes: cups, bags, meal boxes, tubs, pizza boxes, noodle pails, butter paper and packing tape. Printed runs have higher minimums than plain stock; the custom printing page lists typical minimums for each item.
Can I order different products together?
Yes. Add everything to one list, from tubs and boxes to spoons and bags, and send it in a single WhatsApp message. The quote covers the whole list.
Which container should I use for gravy?
Round paper tubs with a PE lining are the standard for curries and dal. For long delivery routes or thin gravies, use the kraft container with a snap-on PP lid or the anti-leak bagasse range, whose lid locks into a groove.
Can I try a product before ordering in bulk?
Ask us on WhatsApp for the items you want to test, and we'll tell you what we can send.
Is bagasse microwave-safe?
Yes, bagasse containers and clamshells can be used to reheat food in a microwave. PP lids and PET lids should come off before reheating.
Do you supply cloud kitchens with several brands?
Yes. Many cloud kitchens run one plain range across brands and add a printed bag, sticker or tape per brand. Send us your brands and volumes and we'll suggest a setup.

Will a paper tub hold hot dal or curry without leaking?
Yes. The inside is PE-coated, which blocks oil and liquid, and the lid presses into the rim. For long delivery routes or very thin gravies, the clear PP snap lid gives the firmest seal.
Do all sizes share one lid?
The 300, 400, 500 and 750 ml tubs share a 115 mm lid, so you stock one lid for four sizes. Smaller tubs each have their own lid size, listed against every size.
Which box suits biryani?
The 1000 ml rectangular paper box holds a regular biryani portion; the 1500 ml takes a family portion. If your biryani comes with extra gravy, use the kraft container with the PP lid.
Can the lid show our logo?
Yes. The flat lid is the best print area on the whole order. See custom printing for typical minimums.
Is bagasse good for gravy?
Use the anti-leak range for gravy. Its lid sits in a groove around the rim, which stops spills in transit. Clamshells suit dry and semi-dry food.
Can customers reheat food in bagasse?
Yes, bagasse containers are microwave-safe for reheating.
PET or PP lid?
PET is crystal clear and meant for cold food like salads and desserts. PP is slightly hazier but safe with hot food, so use it for rice bowls, pasta and curries.
Do the lids fit several sizes?
Yes. The 500, 750 and 1000 ml bowls share a 148 mm lid, and the 1100 and 1300 ml bowls share a 184 mm lid.
Pail or wok box?
Pail boxes are taller and fold shut, which keeps noodles hot and looks classic. Wok boxes are wider, so they suit gravy noodles and eating with chopsticks.
Which size for a 10 inch pizza?
Use the 10 inch box. Box sizes are named for the pizza they hold, with a little room around the edge.
Can you print our logo on pizza boxes?
Yes. The lid is printed in one or two colours. See custom printing for typical minimums.
Can boat trays hold chaat with chutney?
Yes for a dine-in or short walk. They are coated board, but open, so for delivery put chutney in a 50 ml tub on the side.
Which plate for a thali?
The 11 inch 4-compartment plate or the 5-section rectangle tray. For a lighter meal, the 10 inch 3-compartment plate.
Which lid fits which cup?
The 250 ml double wall cup takes an 80 mm lid; the 350 and 450 ml cups take 90 mm. Lids are listed by rim size, so match the two numbers.
What is the difference between PE and PLA cups?
Both are paper cups with a thin lining that keeps liquid in. PE is the standard plastic lining; PLA is made from plant starch. PLA costs a little more.
Can cold cups be branded?
Clear cups are usually branded with a printed sticker or sleeve rather than direct print. Ask us about options for your volume.
Which bag size for a regular order?
SOS #8 fits one or two containers; #12 or #16 fits a meal with sides. For family orders use a handle bag in the Large or Family size.

Do paper straws go soggy?
These are thick-walled straws made for iced and milk-based drinks, so they hold their shape far longer than thin generic straws.
Butter paper or OGR paper?
Butter paper is fine for rotis, parathas and sandwiches. For fried food like samosas, pakoras and rolls, OGR (oil and grease resistant) paper stops oil marks coming through.
